In-person yoga classes are currently available in Hamburg, Germany. Online classes will take place via Zoom and you will receive your invitation by e-mail after purchase.

The Favourite package usually focuses on the practice of the ujjayi breath (yogic breath), learning the most common Sanskrit terms, and beginning to understand the proper alignment of common yoga poses.

Begin to deepen your yoga practice by learning all the necessary foundations to confidently practice a level 1 yoga class.
